Ajyal Holding is pleased to announce that its partnership with ENATA is supporting the development of a new advanced manufacturing complex in Abu Dhabi. The expansion will strengthen manufacturing, engineering and innovation capabilities across marine, aerospace and other industrial applications.
The planned complex occupies a 100,000-square-metre site with 200 metres of waterfront. An initial US$20 million investment in machinery and equipment will support precision manufacturing, robotic systems and metal 3D printing.
The marine facilities will accommodate vessel production, alongside a dry dock and refit capabilities for yachts up to 60 metres. The wider complex will include engineering and research and development facilities, composite manufacturing, machinery production, aerospace and automotive operations.
An academy and incubator are also planned to support talent development and new ideas within the industries served by ENATA.
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2026, with completion targeted for 2027. Through this partnership, Ajyal is supporting the development of industrial capabilities that contribute to Abu Dhabi’s manufacturing base and the UAE’s wider ambition for innovation-led growth.
